RWT Festive Family Boxes - Free School Meals Bookings

RWT are pleased to be able to provide a box of food essentials as well as some activities and goodies for the Xmas period.

Collection will be on Wednesday 14th December - 10:30am at Rudheath Social Club.

Christmas HAF Family Box Terms & Conditions – 2022

Your child must live in and be fully resident  in the  Rudheath & Witton Big Local area (if unsure please get in touch so we can confirm or visit the RWT website https://www.rudheathandwitton.org.uk/about-us which shows the RWT map).

Your child/ children need to be in a registered  Primary School to be eligible.  Ages  4 - 16 yrs only (Reception to Yr. 11).

Your child/ children must be in receipt of benefits related free school meals to book via this link (not the general infant FSM).

You can only book 1 ticket per family.

Due to funding you need to register all details as requested within this form.  Following GDPR regulations, this information will be used by Local Government securely as part of their process to generate statistics, costs and analysis for future funding.  All children's details will be put into a register and sent securely by RWT to the local authority CWAC, who will check that all details are correct.

If you do not agree to share your details with us, then unfortunately you cannot book a box.

RWT reserves the right to cancel your ticket should you not meet the necessary terms and conditions or we are informed of the misuse of booking this activity.  Cancellations may also occur on future bookings if you book a box and fail to turn up on the day.
