RWT Halloween Party

Our Halloween Party is for families that live in the Rudheath and Witton area of Northwich only.  If you live outside of this area, please do not book as your tickets will be cancelled.

If we have any spare places nearer the event these will be advertised on our Facebook Page.

You need to book one ticket at a time for each person attending (sorry it's a pain but it seems the only way!) Please tell us if it's for an adult or child.

Please note as places are limited we ask that a max of 2 adults per family only book on. This way we can ensure that the children are getting the most places, as this is for them, so if possible please limit any adult spaces and that would be greatly appreciated.

Please let us know when booking if there are any food allergies by emailing us at info@rudheathandwitton.org.uk if there are any allergies so we can advise you further whether it will be suitable.

Just a few things to note:

• Your children are your responsibility at the disco so please be aware of what they are doing and where they are all times for health and safety purposes.
• The disco is aimed at  children  2-12 years of age due to the entertainment, theme and time of the evening,, it's probably not suitable for teenagers.   The entertainment will be  musical statues and other typical party games etc. so please bear this in mind when booking your tickets.
• There will be disco lights and music, so loud noise and flashing lights so please bear in mind if your child has any intolerance to these.
• Fancy dress is encouraged (but is optional), this can be in any costume that they wish but as many costumes will be Halloween themed and possibly scary, the younger ones may be a little scared so please be aware of this.
• Please be aware that any unacceptable behaviour by children or parents will mean that you will be asked to leave and possibly excluded from future RWT events and activities.
