Kathi Tomlinson-Brown - Chair of the RWT Partnership
Kathi has been involved in RWT for a number of years, contributing to RWT projects and events. Kathi became Chair of the Partnership in October 2022.
Linda Williams - Deputy Chair of the RWT Partnership
Linda has been involved with RWT for quite a few years and will be a familiar face as she helps at many of our events and activities and enjoys helping at the craft activities we hold. She became Deputy Chair in October 2022.

Nic Williams - Partnership Member
Nic has been involved with RWT for over 4years and helps at many of our events and activities. Nic was Chair of the Partnership from 2021-2022.
Amanda Bulfin - Partnership Member
Amanda joined the partnership in December 2019 after being involved in many events and activities as a resident.


Andy Stott - Partnership Member
Andy has been involved with RWT for a number of years and gives his time to RWT along with being part of Northwich Town Council. Andy was our Deputy Chair from 2020-2022.
Andrew Ridley - Partnership Member
Rev. Andrew Ridley is the vicar at St Helens (Witton) church in the centre of Northwich. He joined the partnership in November 2021.


Heather Spencer - Partnership Member
Heather is a local resident and has been involved with RWT for a number of years and delivered a number of arts and craft sessions for RWT, including the very popular wreath making sessions at Christmas.

Heidi Bibby – Project Manager
Heidi is employed by Groundwork to oversee the RWT project and supports the staff team and the partnership to deliver the projects and activities.
Sarah Mylchreest– Community Engagement Officer
Sarah is employed by Changing Lives Together to engage with the community, organise RWT events and activities and work alongside the partnership to deliver the Phase 4 plan.
